Overview
Loss-in-Weight (LIW) feeding systems provide continuous, highly accurate gravimetric feeding by measuring the decrease in weight of material in a hopper over time. The system continuously monitors the weight of the hopper and its contents, calculating the feed rate from the rate of weight loss.
